Hi,Look in your ASE folder!If you used the Upgrade from ASA, ASE should not be installed into the older ASA folder.

Jim, I have it all in ASA folder, nothing I can do about that atm. I don't complain, all seems to work ok, but I'd like to take a look at the latest readme. I think I followed the upgrade instructions, installing ASE over ASA on the Client pc. I'll reinstall it all together one day.Thanks,Dirk.

Ok, this is where the problem appears:When I run ASE upgrade installer over ASA SP1 the installer requests the following:Active Sky Evolution Upgrade - IS WizardDestination FolderYou must select your original ASA installation folder for the update to install correctly.Select your ASA Installation FolderIf I select ASA the wizard installs ASE files from the setup to ASA folder. If I select a different empty folder for ASE, the isntaller drops the files in it but the program is incomplete there (for example Images folder is missing etc.) It seems the ASX-ASA-ASX upgrade chain is broken. Could I have the full installer for ASE, please? But I need it to accept ASX key, as it was the last one (I think) I got (because of the subsequent upgrades, not full programs).Thanks,Dirk.

I'll also need the license number, as I mentioned the last serial I received was for ASX and I used 'incremental' upgrades (no serials provided) to ASE. You'll find me in your customers database (please check PM).Thanks,Dikr.
