January 22, 201115 yr hi , i have just upgrade my system from vista to W7 home premium. iam currently running FS9 on my drive C .which is also my OS drive ... just bought FSX de luxe and i like to install it onto my second drve which is D. which would be the best way to install FSX on the D drive ? anyone has a step by step installation for me or some advice? henry

This allows you to select your install location ( like D:\FSX ). If you miss it here, it will install in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator X; this is the default (and worst) location with Windows7. Other than that, follow the normal install process.Boot up FSX. shut downInstall SP1Boot up FSX. shut downInstall SP2.
