February 1, 201115 yr I'm trying to modify my Aircraft.cfg file for a repaint on the tinmouse 737-200 which is a fantastic aircraft. When I add to the file it's done in MS Word and it tells me the file is read only. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? John
February 1, 201115 yr Opening it in Word is where you're going wrong. Open it in Notepad instead. Logged in as Administrator, when I attempt to save the changes to the aircraft.cfg file it tells me "You don't have permission to save in this location.Contact the Administrator to obtain permission". Sounds like a User Account Control (UAC) problem. What OS are you using?
