Hi,You didn't refresh the AI Traffic in FSX so that the ATIS didn't have the new data or your ASX and FSX are not communicating properly.The Dynamic Rate of Change Slider played no part in this. What that slider does is control how fast conditions will change in FSX when the weather data calls for a change. Zero means the change will take place slowly and one hunderd means changes will happen quickly.
