February 10, 201115 yr I have no idea on how to fix the proxyUser.ini and I don't know where it's even located. I have Windows 7 64 bit, a Dell Inspiron 580 with an Intel Core i5 CPU with 650 @ 3.20GHz with 8.00 GB of RAM. I don't know how to fix this problem and I need help with the files included in the package. Any help is great! Thanks Tommy McCall
February 11, 201115 yr I have no idea on how to fix the proxyUser.ini and I don't know where it's even locatedIn your previous post you said you put it in the Tileproxy install folder so you must know where it is...But which .ini did you put there? The one that comes in the install is not usable. You should have downloaded the workable version provided by Ed in the pinned thread: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/234682-a-tileproxy-quick-guide/I have Windows 7 64 bit... which will not run an unsigned driver such as tileproxy.sys - as the message says. This is the most common problem with Win7... see this thread where I listed 3 previous threads on how to get past this issue. You can use F8 during boot up and select to NOT enforce driver signing for this session... while you get TP running. Then deal with a more permanent solution later.http://forum.avsim.net/topic/324776-help-needed-please/The image in this new post looks that way because FSX isn't getting imagery from TP (the driver isn't running), so it substitutes (seemingly) whatever graphic imagery it can get a hold of.I'm still on XP with Tileproxy so you'll have to follow the advice of others for a Win7 install.Loyd Hooked since FS4... now flying: FSX Acceleration on Win7/64, Core Duo E8400; GA-EP45-DS3R; GTX 460-768MB; 4G RAM; Freezer 7 Pro
