  6. I have no idea on how to fix the proxyUser.ini and I don't know where it's even located. I have Windows 7 64 bit, a Dell Inspiron 580 with an Intel Core i5 CPU with 650 @ 3.20GHz with 8.00 GB of RAM. I don't know how to fix this problem and I need help with the files included in the package. Any help is great! Thanks Tommy McCall
  7. Okay, so I followed all the steps on the website as followed and I disabled the UAC so I wouldn't have any problems. After I installed all the parts, I put the PROXYUSER.INI FILE IN THE TILEPROXY ROOT FOLDER (sorry for the capitals, I copied it.) I didn't do any of step four and moved to step five (this might be the problem?) I turned off my firewall for McAfee (I didn't like doing this) and started TileProxy. I have attached a picture with the DOS in it to show any errors that you professionals can see if there's something wrong (I am sure there is). I started FSX and loaded up at SFO and I have a issue in FSX. It's all blurred and weird. I have no idea what's wrong and I thank anyone for any help! I have Windows 7 64 bit, a Dell Inspiron 580 with an Intel Core i5 CPU with 650 @ 3.20GHz with 8.00 GB of RAM. Thanks again!! P.S. I also posted a picture of a window that came up during installation
  8. I got the PMDG 747-400X for this past Christmas, and it was a great aircraft, but FSX had some major problems so I had to re-install FSX, and by the time I wanted to get the PMDG back, the URL had expired! Is there a way to get it back? I loved this plane for the time I had it! Any help would be great! Tommy McCallWould it be the Extended Download Service?
  9. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;displaylang=en should fix the problem with the cockpit. This worked for me! Hope all goes well.Tommy McCall
  10. does that mean to email them? Or do I do something else. I feel dumb :( Regards,Tommy McCall
  11. Any other suggestions guys, my URL expires end of tomorrow, and I need help! Thanks a bunch,Tommy McCall
  12. Doubt that, because I have everything right from PMDG including my order number, email, and password. I need this to work, because my URL expires in 3 days. Thanks,Tommy McCall
  13. I don't know what the problem is but I can't see anything in the cockpit and everything is black like the PFD etc.. Does anyone know what to do, I have already tried re-installing the aircraft but nothing happened. Thanks in advance,Tommy McCall
  14. When I try to validate my 747 installation it says ""your user information could not be validated. Close the installer before trying again. Or contact PMDG Technical Support. This is most likely caused by your firewall!" I turned off my firewall to try and install it again, but no luck. What shall I do?Thanks for any help,Tommy McCallP.S.I already emailed, but PMDG is on a holiday schedule.
