You can adjust the map so that it correctly lines up with the proper latitude/longitude so features will be placed very accurately. I scan in the map, and reduce it to 256 colours using Paint Shop Pro, and then I load it into Ground2K, and draw my roads and streams, and whatever right over top. You compile the scenery into BGLs and then add it to your scenery. It creates fairly small files and you generally don't have to worry about textures and such.Ground2K also features an interface with FS2004, called FSConnect, which is similar to FSUIPC. Again, this allows you to place features accurately where you want them, and is useful when your aiport doesn't match up exactly with the map.The really cool thing is that you can accurately draw polygons on the ground, rather than trying to use the landclass files to make parks, golf courses, etc. It definitely gives the scenery a more realistic appearance.I'm a huge fan of Ground2K, because it is so simple to use. I think that it could be used with AFCAD2 to create some basic enhancements to default scenery. If AFCAD2 could be upgraded with the ability to add some simple buildings, that is all most people would need to make some basic scenery. There's a tutorial for Ground2K in the library, and lots of other help over in the Scenery Forum.- Martin My site: www.martinstrong.com/FS_Project.htm
