Creating a Teaser Image for a Repaint upload

Featured Replies

I was woundering if anyone could point me in the right direction? I would like to add a Teaser Image to the upload package of my repaint and would like to know how to create an image like the main repainters do with an image of the aircraft with wheels up, side on view and custom background? I am sure this image is not taken from the Sim (Ctrl + Prtscn) and edited is it?I have looked about but not can see any tutorials with regards to this subject?any help would be well received Straight%20Face.gif

Ohh yes, screenshots are made with (Ctrl + Prtscn),I always do.http://www.dutchfs.com/crew/leen/X-Plane/breitling2.pnghttp://www.dutchfs.com/crew/leen/X-Plane/screenshot_6.png

Yes I am aware of this method but would like to produce a shot like the example in this link file in the library, side shot wheels up with a nice background. I can produce the back ground but the side shot of the re-paint with Wheels up is what I am after? how is this image captured I can't believe that this shot is from FS :blink:aia_763_varig_white.zip - <LI>aia_763_varig_white-1.jpg

Just take a screenshot in the sim flying wheels-up in a fair sky.Cut and paste the plane to the backround of your choice.

not the way i´m doing that.use Aircraft Container Manger 2.5 (ACM) for that.

Oh yes thats another way to do it.We have to keep in mind:This program is not legally available anymore, sales and support stopped years agoShots made with this program all dull and have no brilliance because the program does not handle alpha layes. The program works fine for most FS9 airplanes and is not capable of handling FSX planes.Making a teaser its vital to show the aircraft the way it looks in the sim.Its possible to make screens in FSRepaint too, even with a preselected background showing the logo as well.Leen de Jager
