At Edwards AFB in Calif, taxi to the tower. From the tower, follow the long taxiway north to the end. Would that be Enterprise maybe?

I remember seeing the Enterprise on it's first test flight when My family was stationed at Edwards back in mid 1970's. It took off on top of the 747 and glided back to the runway on it's own. Quite a sight to watch. Never have got chance to see and actual launch....on my list of things to do before I die.Matt
