FSMeteo not settng lowest cloud layer

Guys:Has anyone else noticed that FSMeteo is failing to set the lowest cloud layer?I have seen this happen at my destination airport quite a bit; it's pretty obvious when the METAR is saying OVC007 and all you see if SCT150 (for example). Occasionally, I'll go into the Weather selection and check, and sure enough the lowest layer doesn't exist.I have not seen this happen at my departure airport, and I have no idea if it's happening to airports while I'm enroute; but I certainly notice it a the destination.James

I have had similar experiences with FSMeteo. FSMeteo would report the wx as something like 1SM -RA OVC007 and the ATIS in FS9 would concur but that is not the wx I was seeing. This only happens in FS9 and NOT in FS2K2.Rich
