I have been unable to install one element of this panel (tubpv40.zip), "Airport Chart." One step of installation is to create a data base very much like the "runway info" of the earlier version (3.1) of this panel. I can open the panel; it reads the departure and arrival points. When I click on either of these points, nothing appears. I'm thinking that the panel is not finding the database.
