Atamvir, It looks like you have Abacus' FS-Copilot. If you donot use it, uninstall it. For an experiment try starting FS9 after renaming FSCopilot.dll to FSCopilot.dll.bak ----- (E:/Microsoft Flight Simulator/Modules/FSCopilot.dll) If it loads up, either reinstall FS-Copilot or Uninstall it. The main failure is called from the FSCopilot.dll & results in an ActiveX Object linking exception - most likely a registry problem where a reinstall of FSCopilot should fix it. Roman
