Missing Sound

Hey, I was looking thru forums and found that I am having an issue others have been having. I currently have V1.2 and I hear almost all sounds except for when the flight crew asks: ready boarding, load sheet, and ready departure. Sometimes I can hear them but it is very quiet and it is unreadable. Other times I can't hear them at all. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.Never mind, got it figured out....

With my speakers the on and off/volume controller has a button labled as MATRIX...with that on I could not hear it but with it off I can. I have Logitech 5.1 speakers.
