Send them a request to redownload the product on their contact page and include your order number. Also, if you look at the HiFi Support Forum here on AVSIM you'll see a item pinned on their forum on procedures for redownloading XGraphics and requesting a new license key.Best regards,Jim

I can personally attest to HIFI's customer support. I had an issue with my installer after my pc crashed. Jim was very helpful in trying to resolve the problem. He always answered each e-mail and provided great customer support. Just e-mail him and give him a chance to resolve the problem for you.
