Hello, I'm thinking of upgrading to a 2600K and I understand that I'll require a new motherboard, but am I able to stay with the memory I'm currently using? (Mushkin redline 1600@ 1.65v)I know that I would have to go from 6GB of memory to 4 since the mobo are dual channel. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,you can use the same RAM cause its DDR3. Just make sure that the new mobo can handle DDR3 1600.
