    If you're trying to install the latest version of Vox in FS9 I believe you may be out of luck. Vox does not work in FS9. Strictly FSX and P3D.

    A new version of FSUIPC was released today and that fixed the problem.

    After further research, it looks like the problem is related to using the external frame rate limiter in Nvidia Inspector. As long as I turn it off in NI and use the FSX internal limiter, no tearing. Maybe this will help someone else who might run into this.
