Have not seen any mention of this so here goes:The AVC for those that fly on VATSIM is now in open beta, meaning anyone can use it now. However, you must be a member of VATSIM to use it. Go to the main VATSIM web page and there is a download link for it there along with a link for the manual. For some reason the AVC site itself does not have the link. For what it's worth, the guys that designed this did one heck of an outstanding job on it! Tried it tonight and it works ten times better than roger wilco. Say goodbye to that application (roger wilco). For any one going to use it, select the Realistic Distortion option, dang does it make it sound like your on a real aviation frequency!!! Make sure to READ THE MANUAL! This just brought online simming a huge step foward! The other step of course is SB3.

I wholeheartedly agree!! Just finished my first flight online with ACV, so much clearer than RW. I think anyone who tries it will probably delete RW very quickly.
