Hello, again. I'm trying to install CANADA scenery DVD in version 9.67. But I get the attached error message.How to correct?

It looks like you have a faulty DVD. Email X Plane customer support to find out what to do next.Make sure you have your proof of purchase details in case they need them.

No. Not every DVD is like that.You may have got a faulty one in your specific package.One thing you should know, do not install x plane into a Program Files folder. There are a lot of issues with doing that. The best place for the installation is the desktop or the Root C: drive.You're really better off emailing x plane support.

Jerry,Not to imply that you have a pirated dvd or ISO.... but this error is common while trying to mount the iso with a software program. .... ex. Power Iso... etc...Contact X plane support and they'll square you away I'm sure..Craig

If you have programmes like Deamon tools this will happen. Just uninstall and re-install after you have put in scenery you want.
