April 7, 201115 yr I usually create my flight plans with FS Navigator, but when I right-click on a certain airport, the 'Add to Flightplan' option is greyed out. I have recompiled the FSNav database, but with the same result. The airport is ZUNZ, from bgd_linzhi_2008_v2.0.zip on AVSIM. The AFCAD file had some errors, but nothing major, overlapping aprons, that kind of thing - I corrected them in AFCAD2 anyway. But still I can't add ZUNZ to a flight plan in FSNav. I checked for duplicate AFCADs too....I can make a flight plan from ZUNZ directly in FS9 - choose departure, destination, find route, save .. works OK. So what might be wrong in FSNav?Any ideas what still may be wrong? Thanks,MartinBTW - I originally thought that I couldn't make a flight plan in FS9 either, and posted accordingly: hence the fact that any mention of FS Navigator is missing in the thread title. (I have since edited the post). Sorry. Martin Stebbing, EGLF (UK)
April 7, 201115 yr Author ... BTW (no.2!) - upon landing, ATC does direct a/c to one of the gates, so it's not because of their being no stands connected to the runway.. Martin Stebbing, EGLF (UK)
April 7, 201115 yr Author SOLVED ... There are two other files in the ZUNZ folder which prevent FSNavDB from using the proper AFCAD (AF2_ZUNZ.bgl). If anyone else has this problem, before running FSNavDb, remove the following files from the ZUNZ/scenery folder, and put them back when it has finished compiling its scenery files. (It may be that only one of them is the file responsible, but both of these show as 'AFCAD' files when you search for ZUNZ in AFCAD2):AF2_ZUNZ_xialong.bglLinzhi_Aporoach_MilinLLZ.bglMartin Martin Stebbing, EGLF (UK)
