HI Uwe,Yes, free shipping is available to everyone who orders, Galaxy member or not.Galaxy members may choose to make a donation if they wish, but it's certainly not required or expected. It's entirely voluntary. If a Galaxy member wants to order a CD, all they have to do is place the CD order (0.00 total )and it will be shipped free.
