April 13, 201115 yr I am trying to use FSX with Dual Monitors. I realize in the VC of some other videos, people have the VC extended right over into their other monitor, but on mine, it is just a black screen. I can pull guages over into the second display, but the whole VC Never shows up on both sceens.
April 14, 201115 yr Views > New View > Cockpit > Virtual Cockpit... drag over to other monitor. If you want to stretch one window across all monitorss, you'll need to use ATI eyfinity, nvidia surround, or a dual matrox.
April 14, 201115 yr FWIW- I could never get Virtual mode to work with triple monitors driven by two GPUs. But 2D views LFwd,Fwd,RFwd run perfectly to achieve a triple wide field of view- especially if you correct accurately for bezel separation. I believe that Virtual with multi monitors will require Double or Triple Head To Go or perhaps Eyefinity.Incidentally with 2D views, at least, allowing any view to overlap an adjacent monitor- even by the tiniest amount- will trigger a huge frame rate penalty.AR
