Just got XP and 04 installed and running over the last couple of days... Ran into a weird one this morning though. Whenever I shut down the game, it would crash out, and want to send all my "vital information" to M$ Anyways, I was using the downloadable non static weather, but had forgotten to check off download winds aloft button... for some reason this caused FS9 (weather.dll) to crash out when closing.Don't know if anyone else has experienced this or not, but it was a quick/easy fix luckily!Chris

If you mean you installed WinXP on an existing computer that had another Windows operating system, then you may need to reinstall drivers for your MOBO controller chips, i.e., Intel, VIA, SiS, AMD, ALi. You may want to reinstall DirectX9.0b plus updated drivers for your graphics adapter also.Weather had a big effect on your visual quality and if not set properly could cause problems.W. Sieffert
