Is freezing modeled in FS9?

Freezing wings can cause many problems to planes or motors ect.Is this modeled ie when flying thru very cold freezing weather and clouds?If not is there an add on program that models this?I just bought ALert Pro and is a great program modeling many pilot failures during flight as engine damage by using full power for too long, surfaces damages when flying too fast,gear and flaps gets damaged when deploying too fast ect , this adds a lot to the flight because now you have to fly in the plane limits
