ASI and Fuel pumps indicators

Recommended Posts

Guest QantasB744

Good morning.I´ve reinstalled my windows(Vista HP). Now I have installed the Tinmouse 1.31 to the FS9. Almost everything goes well except for the ASI and the Fuel Pumps switches.ASI remains still in the zero speed status. Low pressure indication is iluminated by all fuel pumps even through I am full of fuel. Centre tank lights extinquish when I turn the switches off but the others are still lit. The yellow fuel shines on that Master cation panel which is on glareshield next to the FCU(or how is it called).I am having the SP177 version of cockpit. The FSUIPC version is 3.99and the sim is FS9. My windows is Vista Home Premium and is up to date.I don´t know if it is all coz of I haven´t ever took off with the -200 since the reinstalation. Thanks forward.Vojtech.

You need to install the V1.32 update as well.RegardsBob ScottColonel, USAF (ret)ATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-VColorado Springs, CO

G´day.I´ve installed 1.32 and 1.40 (16:10 size) over. But I have still the same problem. I´ve tried to take off with her. The landing gear handle doesn´t move(gear does) and A/THR doesn´t engage(to EPR mode) at any time(tried in TO and CLB mode). Even FLCH doesn´t engage it.ThanksVR

First, make sure you haven't installed FS into any "Program Files..." directory. Vista does file redirection for files located in or under any directory named "Program Files" (including Program Files (x86) etc) that is impossible to get around, even with UAC turned off. If you installed FS to the default location, it's in one of those problematic "Program Files" directories.Second, make sure that the updated B732ADV.GAU file is in the fsfsconv directory and not the B737-200_TM2 directory--the PDCS shows you the version of the gauge that is running on the startup screen.Third, make sure you do not have more than one copy of FSUIPC in the modules folder, including any copies that have been renamed. Sometimes people rename the FSUIPC.DLL to something else when they upgrade and leave the renamed file in the modules folder...that results in two copies of FSUIPC loading (bad). FS9 will load any executable file it finds in the modules folder regardless of its file name or extension. Also, some other add-on installer might have overwritten FSUIPC with an older version...right-click on the FSUIPC.dll file in the modules folder and make sure it's the current version. Also, if none of this helps, you could try moving the fsuipc.ini file out of the modules folder and let FSUIPC rebuild one.On the EPR mode issue, you have to have the A/T switch in ARM, the PDCS programmed (temperature set) and engaged in TO or Climb mode for the A/T to engage in EPR mode.RegardsBob ScottColonel, USAF (ret)ATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-VColorado Springs, CO

Thanks for your help. None of yours helped. It helped me to delete the file FSUIPC.key.VR.

OK, that makes sense. If FSUIPC isn't working for any reason (corrupted dll, multiple copies of the dll loaded, bad key, Simconnect problem in FSX, etc) lots of things in the panel will not work.RegardsBob ScottColonel, USAF (ret)ATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-VColorado Springs, CO
