FPS Limiter and Alacrity

I use Alacrity to temporarily stop services and programs before it automatically starts FSX. Recently I tried using the program FPS Limiter without Alacrity and noticed some stability in frame rate. When I setup Alacrity to use FPS Limiter I set it start normally in monitored mode and it runs OK except when I end my FSX session. FPS limiter tells me to hit any key to end the program, but Alacrity just hangs and won't restart my services and programs! I have to reboot my PC. Has anyone tried FPS limiter with Alacrity and how did you get Alacrity to restart programs?Thanks for any help!Airbus
