April 28, 201115 yr Hi good people,Recently I had an enquiry (from Edward C. Moore) about painting up a Default Microsoft Ford Tri-Motor livery. The default aircraft are normally "yuck" to repaint but did a VA repaint for him, then he wanted another, and yet another etc - ultimately ended up with 26 repaints. Though he commissioned me for these repaints he was keen to share the results with other simmers so gave me permission to create a web site page on my site and publish them for your FREE download.if you want to have a quick look at some images showing all of the liveries please click on:http://www.gjsmith.net/images/Textures/F/Ford/Fords-1small.jpghttp://www.gjsmith.net/images/Textures/F/Ford/Fords-2small.jpghttp://www.gjsmith.net/images/Textures/F/Ford/Fords-3small.jpgPop on over to my site http://www.gjsmith.net and you will find her listed in the Catalogue page - and also listed in the left margin of every page (NEW Stuff).I hope you all enjoy these freebies :)Regards and happy simming to all. April 30, 201115 yr Author Another livery for the Ford Tri-Motor.While my partner was watching the Royal Wedding, for hours and hours, she suggested that I might have some fun with a Royal Wedding livery. Here is the end results: You will find her (the livery) on the Ford Tri-Motor page on my site with the other 26 liveries. All for FREERegards and happy simming. Garry J. Smith Aircraft Texture Tinkerer
April 30, 201115 yr Thanks for the liveries, Gary; will definitely use the historic Wien repaint and the various RCAF versions. The Tri-Motor is relatively well-executed for a default MS plane, and fun to fly. John G.
April 30, 201115 yr Author Your Welcome Mate - with the volume of liveries available there has to be a couple that will appeal to almost everyone.Yes the old Ford Tri-Motor is pretty good for one of the Microsoft Defaults - only frustrating thing about her is the mirror mapping of most of the surfaces - but I think I got around that pretty well for most of the liveries.Enjoy mate.Regards Garry J.
