Imagine Sim KCLT Fatal Error

Featured Replies

Hello,I purchased KCLT by Imagine Sim over a month ago, and to this day I still continue to get a Fatal Error crash problem. The problem happens when I am at the airport, the screen freezes and I get a fatal error. I have tried using google to help me come up with possible solutions with still no luck. Has anyone else had this problem and have a possible solution for me to try? Thanks!

Not trying to be smart, but did you contact ImagineSim as they suggest on their site?

Of course I did but I have yet to receive a response.

I seriously doubt it is the fault of the airport scenery and something else is wrong with your system (otherwise we would see more complaints about this problem and Google has few). Did you check the Event Viewer to see what module caused the crash? It could simply be a bad install of your display drivers causing a memory leak and subsequently a crash. Whenever you install this scenery, make sure UAC and any anti-virus program has been disabled. It has been found that many programs are not installed correctly when UAC is turned on. Also, you want to make sure you have the latest dotnet software (installed automatically with Windows 7 - not Vista and below) and/or Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables which are used by the developer to properly install software.Best regards,Jim
