Hi All, Got a problem with the extaral lighting ie taxi, wing light's not showing up when i switch them on to taxi or takeoff and landing.when they do show up its only like spot in small area's a good 30 to 40 feet infront of the cockpit this is only at night when you see it the most if there anyway to fix please do let me know i've also tryed reinstalling twice.

Per chance are your running REX? If so, select a different light scheme. I find the one called Real Air Duke fixes this issue if you are running REX.

This issue (that at least in my FSX installation occurs only on the PMDG MD-11) was discussed in the AVSIM forums several times already. The cause is a "problematic" spotlight.bmp file from what I remember (some add-ons like Real Environment Xtreme replace this file if instructed to do so). Search the forums a little.
