May 23, 201115 yr I've started using Scenery Builder and everything was going really well until I tried to do my landclass. Every time I try I get the message "This Point is Outside the Area Coverage for Landclasses!"What does that mean??I honestly don't know what I'm doing wrong. When I did the tutorial, it all worked fine. Doing the actual project, and I get this. So far as I can tell, everything else is set correctly and I can't think of what I might have missed. Any help in this area would be very much appreciated.
May 23, 201115 yr I don't have SBuilder installed at the moment, but there is a setting in the ini (checkbox) to restrict landclass to a certain area, and also in your project properties a lat/long entry for the center of landclass. either uncheck the ini checkbox or set your landclass lat long center. If you're stuck I will install it and give you the specifics.scott s..
May 23, 201115 yr Author Thanks for that - I've gone into properties and checked "Restrict Grid Display to Coverage Area" and sure enough, where I have my islands is just South of it. Turns out when I originally set the landclass lat/long centre 7 degrees to far north. All fixed now and working perfectly. Thanks for your help - needed a fresh pair of eyes to look at the problem as it was after midnight at the time.
