Traffic in FSX

I tried installing Justflight Traffic 2005 withe FSX patch to no avail. The software did an over-write on the default traffic and then failed to execute leaving me with no traffic at all. I really couldn't be bothered trying to fix this despite the fact that a bit of persistence probably would pay off. Can anybody suggest a good AI traffic program for FSX that requires minimal user "tweaking"? I would like it to interact with ATC if possible. Whilst I'm an avid Sim fan I've lost interest in spending hours fiddling with settings to get software to deliver a sense of reality. I get precious few hours to fly these days so I'm a bit impatient.
