747-400 Problem

I have bought a PMDG 747-400 and when I wanted to install it, it gave me an error in the middel of the setup saying that it can't create an Effect's folder when it already existed. I checked the fsx folder and there was an effect's folder. I removed it to another location, it still didn't work. I chnaged the folder name, it still didn't work. I have also sent an email to contact us in PMDG website since 2 weeks and they haven't responded to me yet. I don't know what's the problem and who can help me with this issue?
