SMS MD11 Smoke Placement in Aircraft.cfg + 2D Panel

Hi all,I have just downloaded a Freeware MD11 from SMS, would anyone know of smoke placement for the three Engines at all for the aircraft.cfg?And anyone recommend a good 2D panel for the MD11?Many thanks in advance.....
