Is there a PC Anywhere for FS2004 for flight instruction?

Featured Replies

Hi All,I am looking for a PC anywhwere of sorts for FS2004. In short I want to act as an instructor for a new student over TCPIP, to be able to take over the plane or fly by example, and then give it back to the student. That doesn't seem like it should be too hard. Any ideas?ThanksShane Lewis

The easiest procedure is to initiate a multiple player game using the default options built into the game. Go to one of the Online Flight Controllers (IVAO) and follow tutorial. However, you would have to start fresh with another plane after showing procedure since there is no copilot option as of yet. There is an observer mode, but it does no allow you to take over control of AC. As for hardware depends on what kind of detail you want in sim, and which model of AC you want to teach with.Hope this helps!

I believe that FS already comes with that module. I believe it's called Flight Instructor or something like that.

It does not appear to put you in the cockpit.I'm sure there was a post here quite some time ago that someone had managed to become a co-pilot by using observer mode. He couldn't take control of the aircraft but could watch what the PF was doing.

Duh, this is exactly the post (observer mode) I search! I
