Hi Guys, this is probably not the forum to be asking this in, but I know that there are alot of knowledgeble computer guys here so I will try. Does anyone here know where I can find the full download for Internet Explorer? I can only find the setup version and I want to download the whole thing here at work where it is much faster. When you are on the IE website and select to download, you can select to order the CD version, and on THAT page they link you to the ability to download the entire file.Go here; http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downlo...sp1/default.aspDon

Thanks for the reply Don, I followed your link and selected to order the cd. When it went to the next page it will only let me go to a page that has a 479 setup file. You run this and then it sees what your PC needs to download and then that happens. I am looking for the full installation and maybe this is not possible.Thanks, Ron

Hi,I tried this myself and get the same thing. I think it is because you alreaby have IE6 with service pack 1, so you don't need the whole program. It only updates what you don't have.Also on the page:"Windows 2000 and Windows XP users: Custom installation is not available for Internet Explorer 6 SP1 on Windows 2000 or Windows XP operating systems."Ed
