FAA Instrument Procedures Handbook rev Aug 2011

The release date is 8/1/11 for this FAA handbook which includes large airport operations, chart reading, etc., as well as basics. Amazon is offering $6 for a net of about $14 plus S&H. I found it a very comprehensive guide and have the earlier version in my library.
