July 24, 201114 yr I can't figure out if this is video card artifacts, a aircraft memory leak, or what else???Started recently happening in FSX with the ES C750. The odd thing was, I switched to the Flight1 Mustang and its G1000 panels did the same thing, they essentially doubled up ie squeezed two gauges into one window.Note 1) The 2D popups look normal. 2) Ctrl+Alt+Del, maybe it's a vram issue? Anyway it went back to normal after doing ctrl alt delete and looking at the task manager.Any ideas? The only thing I've changed system-wise is adding Logitech drivers for my mouse, which is a G5 and you can change the DPI on the fly... | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
July 24, 201114 yr Author Here's another extreme example - this happened after alt+tabbing out of FSX (after landing at JFK by FSDT) and then back...wow... | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
July 24, 201114 yr This was discussed here in this forum very recently (within the past week). Another individual had a similar problem with a different aircraft. In any case, almost everyone who commented stated it was a problem with your video card drivers and you should roll back to the previous version or reinstall. I'll see if I can dig up the previous post.Best regards,Jim
July 24, 201114 yr Author Hmmm... it's odd that it just started appearing within the last two days though. I've flown long flights, with payware addons and scenery. Maybe there was a Win7 hotfix that changed something???I haven't changed video card drivers since I put the system together.I'm not saying it isn't gpu drivers but why would this only start happening now?For reference I'm on the 275.33 WHQL using nvidia inspector. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

Appears to be the same problem.Best regards,Jim

July 25, 201114 yr Author Yeah I'm confused... the issue just popped up two days ago, and I've had the drivers for months.Hey, it's FSX!
