I recently purchased the J41 extended download service, but I have never received the activation email, and when I go into my purchases, I am told the dl has expired. As I cannot activate I cannot get through to the rest of your Support structure. The order number is:158413 I apologise for coming this way, but I cannot make it through your preferred route. Catch 22.

Reactivation is not automatic, the email you get tells you to submit a support ticket... I'm out right now (posting from my phone) but if you submit a ticket I'll reactivate it when I get home...

I own the 737NG for FS9 but don't use it, the ported B1900, the 747 FSX, and the J41. Only the latter was purchase directly from you, and I would like to re-download it, before I download the big one coming in a few days, along with 10000 others.

Hi, Check in your Spam/Junk folder. Sometimes those types of mails end up there.

Ian,I found your account and reset the download - if you're not receiving the original EDS purchase email from us though you're probably not going to get the new download link one either. If you can log in at the store you should be able to get the download link off the actual J41 order id (not the EDS one).

Thanks Ryan, your intervention has worked. I still can't get the activation email from the Support page, it always tells me it is sent, but it seems to go off somewhere in cyberspce but never lands in my inbox.. Anyway all is well, the Jetstream is downloaded and flying. I had forgotten what a challenge it was to start and taxi, and what a delight it is to fly!
