It took my shekels but, it won't give up the merchandise.I need a download link. I can't sumbit a ticket for the obvious reasons. So now I'm in 'limbo' as to how to proceed. mais que nada.

I to have the same issue. Got the confirmation email, hit my account for the purchase price but no download link! Can someone out there help with this?

I navigated the main site and, signed back in and, reviewed my orders and, got a download link that way. But, lordy it's slow.This is the first time I'll have bought something from PMDG on release day, I could lay in an ambush a week with no problems but,I've just got a feeling that this NGX is something very special. P.S. Download at 59%. I hope it won't be corrupted. Now stuck at 61%.

They're still getting DDoS'd so hard they can't even access their own interface to look up people's orders. Until the attacks are stopped we're dead in the water.

look for your "Previous Orders" then, your "last order", the one for the NGX then click on it and follow suit.Yes that's where i got my download link and my serial number.

Go to PMDG's main page, sign in to your "customer" account, from there look for your "orders", "previous" orders. If you got an email like i did then the NGX order is the last\only one.I've got their MD-11 B-474-8, LCF, and JS-4100, so I knew to look at the last order. If you have more than one PMDG product then, the NGX will be either the 1st. or last on the the list.
