Hi i like alot of people have paid via paypal and am not able to download the aircraft. i know this cant be fixed and its out of my hands however i am wondering should i let pmdg know that this has happened in some way or will they know to send me a link via e-mail? i dont want to harrass them when they are clearly busy but i suppose me and alot of people are wondering what is the best thing to do now? should we just wait for pmdg to get back to each one of us? Dan, the best thing you can do (assuming you can get through to the support ticket portal) is submit a ticket so we have a record of it there in the queue.
