The forum is pretty busy and anything you ask here might get into page 3 before any one of us sees it! Robert, it's such a shame that this all happened. I was up until the early hours of the morning waiting patiently but decided to get some rest and wait until the morning. I managed to purchase it and have received a download link, however has the download server also been taken offline as I get the database error. What a nice birthday present this must have been!
