Can't point you to any pages in the manual, sorry. However, the most accurate way of doing it is by using the CDU PROG page and looking at how much fuel you will have remaining at your destination. You can change the fuel using the FS Options in the CDU until you have it at the desired value. Hope that helps!

Excellent Mike, thank you! However, you seem to have missed out one small bit telling us to turn off the APU in the Before Taxi Procedure flow!

Have you placed the HIGHMEMFIX=1 in the fsx.cfg? The introduction document should tell you more!

I have to say I've experienced some jerkiness when engaging VOR LOC. No stutters either when this happened.

What payload settings are you using? I'm not sure if you'd be able to do it with a full load of passengers and cargo?

Is the FO's FD switch on aswell? I'm not sure if it's required but also make sure if you're FD is the master one, a green MA light should go on just above the switch.

I may be wrong but I think the yaw damper light will only extinguish when their is hydraulic power available. So it should go when you get the engines running or turn on the electric pumps.Not sure about your second problem though as I'm using my phone and can't really see the images! Have you activated the flight plan on the CDU?

That was a video demonstrating Orbx 'peopleflow'. I'm pretty sure it's only available on their airports, and not all of them either.

I couldn't see this bug on the issue tracker thread and I know other people have had this problem so I thought I'd post it again.Basically, there are only 2 digits visible on the course and heading displays on the MCP - which makes it pretty hard to select an accurate heading without having to look at the ND! My fsx installation is in the C:// location, I have followed the introduction document and there are no other addons interacting with fsx. I only have REX 2 and one other aircraft installed. If it helps my system specs are:i5 2500kAsus p8p674gb ddr3 1600mhz1GB ATI 5850It would be good to know who else is having this problem! Thanks,

I'm currently using an ATI 5850 and I can tell you the graphics card does make a difference when you are talking about anti-aliasing and texture filtering. My card is terrible at AA within FSX, but lowering the AA setting by one notch gave me a boost of about 5fps.

I've had the same thing happen to me, although that was with very high OAT and subsequent duct overheats so I thought it was to do with that. Would be good to know if this is a bug or something that's supposed to happen!

I haven't experienced this problem yet but to me it sounds as though it 'locks you out of the aircraft'. Could it be an activation issue?

The DDoS attacks can't gain access to the server, they basically flood the server with millions of connections resulting in no one else being able to connect.I'd imagine PMDG spent a while making sure they have the correct measures in place to protect against piracy of their product so hopefully it would won't be seeing any cracked versions.

Open a ticket on the PMDG support site and they will get back to you in time. You are aware that DDoS attacks have affected businesses like PayPal, Mastercard and many others?

Just woke up from a 2 hour nap hoping the download server would be up again. What's more annoying is that I woke up pretty early just so that I could buy it, I got the download link but I then not long later they took the server down. Ahh well better make a cup of tea. Hope you guys can sort this problem out!

We all want to. I purchased it about an hour ago but they have since taken their server offline, meaning I cannot download it. I'm just as frustrated as you but you can hardly blame PMDG...no one in the world would have ever of thought they'd be the subject of a ddos attack.

Robert, it's such a shame that this all happened. I was up until the early hours of the morning waiting patiently but decided to get some rest and wait until the morning. I managed to purchase it and have received a download link, however has the download server also been taken offline as I get the database error. What a nice birthday present this must have been!
