August 12, 201114 yr Do we have a fuel planning guide (something like the one we had for the 747)? I've been searching the manuals for some kind of guideline on fuel calculation for a flight, but can't find any yet. Could someone please point me to the specific manual that has it, and to the page(s)? Thanks in advance Chidi Chidiebere Anyahara
August 12, 201114 yr Can't point you to any pages in the manual, sorry. However, the most accurate way of doing it is by using the CDU PROG page and looking at how much fuel you will have remaining at your destination. You can change the fuel using the FS Options in the CDU until you have it at the desired value. Hope that helps! Rob Taylor
August 12, 201114 yr http://fuel.aerotexas.com/ Its REALLY accurate. Thanks a lot man! If there is an offline version I would like it more! I'll be using this starting next flight! Roy Joven T. August 12, 201114 yr Surely,as per the Tutorial, isn't the easiest way to check after selecting the Payload, then the Fuel from the FMC, to then check the PROG page which will let you know if you have sufficient fuel, or too much, or too less fuel? Rick Almeida
