Well I don't find it humorous at all. I feel the same way. I hate it when a newer airplane is modeled using the cockpit of an older version of the aircraft, when the cockpit of the newer one is different.

Hi Kyle, I was wondering, could I transfer my fsx license on the PMDG NGX (with expansion) from fsx to P3D and pay whatever difference (disabling it on FSX and enabling for P3D)? I don't want to continue with FSX anymore. Thanks for your response.

Comparing FSX/P3D to PS3/PS4 is, in my opinion, inaccurate. FSX and P3D are different platforms. FSX and ESP have always been different platforms published same time, and coexisted. FSX was made for entertainment, while ESP was tailored toward professionals, and if I'm not mistaken, more expensive than FSX. P3D is just like XPlane (similarity with FSX notwithstanding). it is not an upgrade of FSX. it is an upgrade of ESP (someone correct me if I'm wrong here). Unlike FSX:SE which came from FSX. I don't believe that it would have been fair to expect PMDG to have produced say the 757 in such detail and have the same license for FSX and ESP, or to offer a free license for ESP because you own an FSX license.

My take on this pricing issue is this: It amazes me that a developer of a product such as this announced that the pricing for their product was going to be sub $200, and now, it is out, and the original price is sub $150, and as if that is not kind enough, for one whole month, the product is on sale for sub $100, and people are still complaining!

Not working for me, and as if that's not bad enough, it also stopped working in the original FSX and P3D as soon as I installed (I believe) FSX-SE. The EZCA app still launches with MSFSX and P3D v2.4 (at least I see the taskbar icon) but it's not shown on either of the addon menu. In FSX-SE, the taskbar icon doesn't even appear. Could someone please help me? Thanks

When the plane you're flying thinks you're trying to land, it checks to see if you have your landing gear down, and if not, the landing gear horn starts 'blaring', warning you that the landing gear is still up. Some pilots still forget to lower their gear, regardless of this beeping horn, maybe because they're not paying attention enough to even hear the horn as loud as it is.

Hi Mark, I just reinstalled FSX, and remembered the sound pack Steve and Joel made. I came to the thread to find out if there was any update, and was greeted with the sad news. I'm so sorry to hear this. May his soul rest in perfect peace, Amen! I pray the Lord to comfort you and all his family.

In just 3 months and a few days you joined the forum, you've realized that PMDG is arrogant, yet the simple instruction with regards to signing your posts with your full name is so difficult for you to follow. That's arrogance! It's amazing how you guys look yourselves in the mirror and think the guy looking at you is either a picture of some other guy or sometimes you mistake the mirror for a TV screen...I'll give you a tip - check out the color of the guy's shirt, and if you still think it's someone else, move your head or your hands or something, and notice that he is moving concurrently. They cannot all be coincidental. I'm going to help you out here. What you mistake as PMDG's arrogance is actually YOUR impatience! No matter how many times you whine "Are we there yet?!" The distance of the journey will never decrease, so grow up already. Maybe if you've been here long enough (or maybe not, judging by some others who've been here for years...) you would know that PMDG has always given us info as and when due.
