Hi, I have a x64-based PC with Window7 Home Premium OS, Intel i7-4770 cpu,3.5 Ghz, 4 cores,8 Logical Processors, Asus MoB, GeForceGTX780,16.0 GB Ram.. So should not be part of the problem. If I fly the T7 fully manual i.e. with FD and A/T disengaged, I am not able to use my trim wheel to trim the bird. If I transfer the trim control to a yoke button, sometime I have control, sometime not. Since I have a sticky yoke (anyone have a solution for that), having to fight the pitch on landing makes things a bit frustrating. Would sure welcome a good suggestion for this problem. As for the reversers, the effect of applying reverse thrust on landing is always felt but when I look at the aircraft on replay, I do not see the reversers opening up. Not an important problem since the effect of reversing is nevertheless there, but still... Also in passing, applying the brakes is slowing the T7 extremely rapidely, I suspect not at all representative of reality. Any suggestions. Mikebravo07
Guys, me & Joel have joined forces to come up with a few treats for you in regards to Ground roll environment for the NGX.A bit later on today this is where it will all happen in regards instructions and downloads. We are both aware there are already 2 posts about this as that was a mistake because i started out then starting talking to Joel who has done a great Touchdown sound as we know this can be found here .. http://forum.avsim.n...ffect-download/As far as the taxi roll and RW takeoff bumps go we are both working on finishing this tonight and having it ready for you guys to try. This will consist of two files that will be provided and have full instructions on where to place them. Baring in mind to always back up your originals FIRST! You will have a taxi sound that ticks over while your taxiing. then on the main runway you will start to hear a much louder sound kick in at around 70 knots which will give the impression of cockpit shake & rattle on take off this is being tested as we speak & is working. These sounds include mine from Joel's.** I've just dropped the speed brake sound a few dB's a lot deeper now.. We will both keep you posted. We both done this as a realism feature not because we think PMDG missed it out !! Regards Steve & Joel.
I am experiencing a weird situation with my X55 throttle, FSUIPC5, PD3v4.1 and the PMDG 777. Basically, when I advance the throttle from idle, the speedbrake arms and the reversers deploy, then as I progress the throttle, the reverses go to idle and the normal engine thrust kicks in. Is there some setting I am missing that defines a region of the throttle as 'reversers'? If so, where is it located? I have controllers disabled in P3D and run everything through FSUIPC. I don't see this with other aircraft (non-PMDG). Has anyone else experienced this? If so, were you able to fix it?
