Fokker 100 for P3Dv4
Is there a Fokker 100 for P3Dv4 out there? Searched everywhere. Cannot seem to find any developer that has done this particular aircraft. Thanks.

Carlos Belt up! As per your previous posts, you seem to have nothing better to do than stir things up. I was replying to Glynn and Julian, so do not need your oar in!!

Unable to Validate
A word of advice, Andrew. For your own sakes, never ever publicise your order number on a public forum like here. If you have a validation issue, please submit a Support Ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/frmTickets.aspx I'm sure they will sort you out. EDIT: You just beat me to it, Romain.

60 Minutes look at the F35
Brilliant, Peter. Thanks. Having seen one of those at close up courtesy of a USAF friend at base in Nevada, they are awesome.

PMDG 777-300ER and Windows 10 Anniversary Edition
Thank heavens I had the foresight to realise that Microsoft would inevitably end up screwing this, and completely turned off letting them Update anything. Now that link mdriskell points to proves I was right to give them a wide berth. I will not install that Anniversary Update until MS gets its act together. Disaster, beginning to end, Microsoft!

Vinod, what part of the differences between Ray's quoted 'nationalities' and 'nationality' (your quote) are you having difficulty with? But as you say, let's move on. At the end of the day, everybody who de-planed other than the firefighter who sadly lost his life, was safe

crash at dubai
So, it is okay to jeopardise other passengers blocking the aisles while they stopped to collect their hand luggage, waste valuable precious time filming, when they should have been heeding the flight attendants' advice and evacuated immediately?

crash at dubai
Excellent posts, Karan & Manny. Puts into perspective what I watched in amazement on that Air France, and later on an Air India flight too, upon touching down on Rwy 27 at Mumbai.

win10 really free ?
And the technical Press is also reporting that MS is thinking of making it subscription-based in future to recoup giving it away to millions for free before the July deadline. It's already got data collecting in place, so could also go down the road of bombarding an end-user with adverts. Question of 'watch this space'.

crash at dubai
Just heard the BALPA's flight safety officer, ex-military and commercial pilot, Steve Randell, of 27 years flying experience, point out that during the safety brief prior to departure, the cabin crew do issue instructions on evacuating an aircraft in an emergency, and how a pilot will only issue that command if it is a life and death urgency, and yet, in that video shot from inside that Emirates 777, smoke can clearly be seen entering the cabin. He suggested that mindsets need to be changed. He also stated that he obtains one of those liquid see-through bags and puts his mobile, his CC,and his passport in it and keeps it wih him during T/O and arrival. Ray, I have a job avoiding old ladies in their moto-scooters, never mind young ladies!

That's fine, Ray, except when the bloke is 6-foot and built like the proverbials. I find dodging easier for me to make progress on my way. :Black Eye: :Black Eye:

crash at dubai
A fair point, Romain, as I too know all about the hassles, not to mention the bribes, needed to get documents, attestations, etc, etc in the countries you mention. And in the Dubai crash I can well understand why they did what they did because the majority of them would have been returning to the UAE for work and as Ian has pointed out, there could be complications for them. But to stand up when a T7 has just touched undercarriage on Rwy 27 at VABB and open lockers to get their hand luggage.................................that was incomprehensible as it could have led to cabin baggage bouncing of pax's heads had the French pilot applied brakes sharply to exit the Rwy. Happens to me each time I go into a major town as I have to side-step out of the way!

crash at dubai
Yes, Ray, I remember it so well. And the speed with which that plane was engulfed in flames was unbelievable. Passengers seem to have a misconception that the aircraft is all metal. They don't think of the upholstery combustible materials, or the fuel in the tanks, etc, etc. And you are so spot-on with your observations of today's media devices obsession, as a restaurant/pub has decided to block all wi-fi so that diners can talk to one another and thus create a convivial dining atmosphere instead of heads buried, and just today Ofcom reports about people missing sleep because they are so Net-fixed.

Is it true Emirates doesn't have the altitude alert sound?
@Perry Are you in a position to comment on what transpired on Rwy 12L at OMDB yesterday?

crash at dubai
In fact Ray, that was less than two years ago. It was September 2015, BA 777 fire. And yes, you are right, same modern day behavioural pattern there. Safety-mindedness goes out of the window as the selfish urge to recover hold baggage and thus impede swift de-planing, oblivious that a fire can spread very rapidly and thus imperil their safety and that of their fellow-passengers.
