Did you know that Continental has daily flights from VHHH to PGUM on the 737, so you could skip AYPY.

I have have that too, but I don't consider it a problem because I don't taxi on grass.

The manual is a real Boeing manual, so of course there would be EFB section because 737's have them. A PMDG manual would not have the section.

That just shows you the position of the plane, just in case something goes wrong. Only pilots would under stand the letters and numbers.The line thats shows you the runway is white and dotted.The line thats shows you the runway is white and dotted.
