August 8, 201114 yr Hi I want to do some flights in the orbx PNW area away from larger cities, and in canada. Most runways there are pretty short, so I'm not sure wether I'm able to take-off and land there wit a 738. So I know the needed runway depends on many many factors such as pressure, temp, wind, weight, etc. But in general, no wind, fuel for a 30 minute leg+reserve, and full passengers, what would you guess is needed for the 738? Is 5000ft enough? Let's hope we can learn something here I really don't want to overshoot the runway during take-off... Regards Kevin M.
August 8, 201114 yr Commercial Member The SFP option lets GOL takeoff from a 4300 foot runway in Rio, 5000's fine... use Flaps 15, hold the brakes until about 60-70% N1. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com

August 9, 201114 yr Read Fcom 1 page 360, anywhere from 1200 to 4600 meters will do look for your weight in the table. Are these dates in this table for aircrafts with the SFP equipped, or for aircraft without it?!
