The mouse arrow issue

I haven't purchased the NGX, yet, but a thing is not clear to me: it has been ascertained that when the mouse arrow is visible there is a decrease in fps. This means that everytime I use the mouse to click some buttons or to turn some knobs I see fps decreasing? I hope it's not like that...Thank you,James

I have not noticed this issue with the NGX. Buy it, you won't be disapointed.
