Having problems to activate this bird - machine asking for activation codebut on my e-mail i find onlyan order number 16xxx3andORDER CODE JFRxxxxxxxxx1BOTH were NOT accepted !!Pls adv !

Karl-Heinz- You are attempting to enter the wrong numbers. Take a look at your confirmation/download email. You will see listed there a number that looks as follows: NGX8-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX That is the key to activate your NGX! (I just looked at the copy of the email you received and it is printed there!)
