Hello guys,yesterday I purchased the 737NGX, but as the title says, I don't know how to activate it, normally it was so that you had to activate it before installation, but now they changed their system. Someone who bought it else told me, that when I select it in FSX opens a window, but when I select it happens nothing. When I want to fly with it, the instruments are black. I reinstalled it, I tried it with disabled Kaspersky, I tried it as admin, I tried it with disabled UAC-function, but nothing helped. Always the same. I hope you can help me. Are you saying you can actually load the aircraft, ready for flight, but without the panels activated? You never get an activation screen? Try alt+tab your window and minimizing FSX, your activation pop up window may be hidden behind FSX.

Well, damn......At least your not the only one with the problem, Ive seen many others on here that have same problem you do.

I hope PMDG will find a solution :/ Maybe PMDG don't have a solution now and that's the reason why they need so muchntime to answer my ticket bzw. from the others with the same problem

Does anyone know more about this now? PMDG said they'll have a solution till sunday evening...Who has this problem too?

over the last four days there have been a great number of posts regarding this very problem. I wasnt among them, as i was one of the lucky ones, but i've seen ( without counting ) many many posts of this exact nature..Pam

Before you load the aircraft, I would be sure that FSX is in windowed mode for just the activation process.

I have checked all, the dll.xml, simconnect.dll, fsxcfg, kaspersky, admin ALLThe only thing I can do is to wait...
